Albayrak Waste Management started the training and discussion sessions of sanitary workers in both workshops on Wednesday. The problems faced by the workers and measures for their immediate redressals were considered during the sessions held under supervision of senior management of Albayrak and the LWMC.
GM Operations Albayrak Osman Nuri demonstrated the correct field practices to the sanitary workers by holding broom and shovel in his hand. He directed the sanitary staff to use equipment properly and to wear complete uniform during field operations. He also instructed the workers to contact the area supervisor or zonal officer in case of any complaint.
Senior Managers Operations LWMC Zahid Mushtaq and Sohail Anwar Malik also gave detailed lectures on health and safety to the sanitary staff. CFO LWMC Moeezur Rehman also joined the event.
The training and discussion sessions will continue till May 27 in both workshops of Albayrak
