Keeping in view the social distancing measures against Covid-19, Albayrak Waste Management arranged an Independence Day ceremony at Shalamar Gardens on Friday. A large number of sanitary workers wearing PPEs and ensuring social distance gathered to express their love for Pakistan. Following the required corona SOPs, Albayrak team this year distributed Independence Day themed cupcakes among the sanitary workers and office staff who participated in the event. Paying tribute to the field staff, Manager Communications Naeema Saeed said that Albayrak takes pride in sharing the joy and happiness of Independence Day with the people who work the hardest and whose devotion ensures clean and waste free Lahore.
A plantation activity in connection with 14th of August was also held. Representatives of Albayrak and the sanitary staff planted the saplings. The participants prayed for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
Moreover, an Independence Day cake cutting event was arranged at Albayrak head office on Thursday to mark the day with national enthusiasm. Project Director Albayrak Cagri Ozel and other company officials were present on the occasion.
