Albayrak sets another day with trainers to sensitize the company staff about basic medical and road safety measures

Albayrak Waste Management concluded the two-day drivers’ road safety training sessions. The second event was arranged in Albayrak Main Workshop near Ferozepur Road on Saturday. The Traffic Officers gave a detailed presentation about traffic rules and safety measures and the medical team of Dr. A.Q. Khan Trust Hospital trained the staff about first aid in case of any emergency. The police team also distributed traffic awareness literature among the drivers. More than 600 drivers of the company were trained during these sessions. The students from Lahore College for Women University also assisted in training session and asked questions from drivers about traffic rules and regulations.
The drivers acknowledged the efforts of Albayrak, City Traffic Police and medical team from Dr AQ Khan Hospital for participating in the awareness sessions.
Later, a delegation led by Aqeel Najam Hashmi Chairman Bahawalpur Waste Management Company and Mayor Bahawalpur along with the officials of the LWMC visited Albayrak Workshop near Children Hospital. They met with Country Head Albayrak Bunyamin Karaca, Project Coordinator Bahri Tursakoz, Project Director Cagri Ozel and other officials of Albayrak. The delegation was briefed about the ongoing manual and mechanical field operations in the city.
