Lahore:  After successful completion of Eidul Azha operations in Lahore, Albayrak Waste Management resumed its mosque awareness campaign. A cleanliness awareness drive was carried out in Jamia Mosque Madina in Makhanpura on Friday.

Albayrak team during the meeting, requested the administration of the mosque to lay emphasis on the significance of cleanliness in Friday sermons and to sensitize the worshippers about proper waste disposal. Later, the team established a camp where awareness pamphlets were distributed among the residents of Makhanpura, UC-41. Prior to the activity, special cleanup operation was carried out in and around the mosque to provide cleaner surroundings to the citizens.

An awareness walk was also held in the area in which Albayrak officials, mosque’s administration and locals participated.
